HockeyGPS - update

Thanks to everyone in the hockey community who has downloaded HockeyGPS from the iTunes App Store.  Also, thanks to those who have contributed hockey related locations.  Our database across North America and even some parts of Europe is growing rapidly.

New contributions are reviewed prior to being available to the public.  We post valid locations within 24 hours.
