HockeyGPS - update

March is a busy month for NHL players who have to relocate and for minor hockey players who are traveling to tournaments and to out of town playoff finals.  Many of them are using HockeyGPS to easily find and navigate to arenas.

Thank you to those who have contributed locations to HockeyGPS.  We have some interesting places in our database of over 4,500 locations.  For example, use the keyword "fame" to search for the Hockey Hall of Fame locations in Canada and the United States.  Did you know that there is a hockey arena in Dubai?  Want to build your own rink with synthetic ice?  Search for a "Super-Glide" location.  

If your local arena is not in our database, please use the '+' button on the iPhone or iPod Touch App to contribute or go on-line to add a location.  Please provide as much detail as possible.  Alternatively, you can send us an email with the information.  We try to use the main driveway entrance as the point of reference.  As well, if you come across any inaccuracies, please send us a note.  We approve new contributions and changes within 24 hours.
