Hockey Science & Technology is pleased to announce the official release of the HockeyGPS App for the iPhone and iPod Touch.

This is a free download from the iTunes App Store.

Easily find and navigate to hockey arenas, skill development and training centres or retail locations selling hockey equipment, skate sharpening services, hockey memorabilia and so much more.

You can also use HockeyGPS on-line by visiting www.hockeygps.com. Here you can upload locations to your GPS device or view and print maps using Google Maps.

Do you want to see what hockey resources are around you? Leave the search field blank, set the 'Find Locations Nearby' to ON, and press Search. You will be provided with 100 locations sorted from nearest to furthest from your location.

If you own or operate a hockey related facility, you can add locations by clicking the '+' symbol in the application. Let the hockey community find you with ease.
